As the specialized management of the warehouse is an overall arrangement, such as the arrangement of warehouse location, it will disrupt the best-selling products, block the channel in the process of secondary purchase, and fine tune according to the characteristics of the products, but there will be a running in period and adaptation period in the process of adjustment, and the transportation efficiency will be reduced in this process.
During this period, some merchants who do not know the warehouse at all may feel cheated and hand over the warehouse to a team who does not know the warehouse at all. The actual situation is not the case. Most traditional Taobao merchants pick goods with shipping orders and do not understand the sowing, fruit picking and mixed picking modes. For products with about 5 pieces for multiple customers, the single person picking speed can reach 3 ~ 5 orders in 2 minutes, while the secondary picking can reach the efficiency of 25 ~ 30 orders in 5 minutes. 4、 Packing. For popular goods, packaging materials need to spend some time. What can we do to improve efficiency, improve our own grade and build our own store image? I don’t agree to use some gunny bags to package products. Even if we have to use them, we can also use some customized gunny bags, such as some home textiles, and customize some woven bags for our own logo.
However, if you want to do this, you must first determine your own development direction. For example, some businesses act as other people’s product agents. When the agency power is unstable, they will consider different things. For some businesses with independent brands, I think it is more important to do well their own brands and grasp the details. Warehouse management pays attention to details and innovation. It is not appropriate to use Amazon’s management method to manage domestic e-commerce. How to save costs, improve efficiency, reduce personnel ratio and improve accuracy is still worth thinking about.
